Fall Wellness Workshop
Boundaries, communication and building teams that function well.
Join colleagues on October 15 at Poplar Grove Winery for an interactive wellness workshop exploring how healthy boundaries, stronger communication and thoughtful team dynamics can create more effective and sustainable ways of working together.
Led by Dr. Cecile Andreas, a physician turned Master Certified Coach with extensive experience supporting healthcare professionals and teams, This Team ROCKS will offer practical strategies for strengthening communication, navigating boundaries and building teams that function well.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how boundaries affect team dynamics and ideas they can put into practice in their everyday work. The evening is also a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues over a complimentary dinner at Poplar Grove Winery.
